5. Refund Policy

We strive for 100% learner satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a paid course or subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, you must have completed no more than 30% of the course content. Refund requests should be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method. After the 14-day period or if more than 30% of the content has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
